OnPoint is supported by an independent Board of Directors that are appointed by the county Board of Commissioners. They administer the Governance Policies of the agency and employ an Executive Director responsible to organize and oversee all of OnPoint's daily operations.

LRE BUDGET HEARING SCHEDULED - OnPoint is substantially funded through federal and state funds administered through the Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE), which is the PIHP (Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan) for Michigan's Region 3. The annual budget for Region 3 includes OnPoint (Allegan County) and is approved by the LRE board of directors each fall. The Lakeshore Regional Entity Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2023-2024 operating budget for the Region 3 Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) Agency. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Muskegon Innovation Hub at Grand Valley State University (200 Viridian Dr., Muskegon, MI 49440) and virtually via video/audioconference.
